National Baseline Assessment for the implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights in Mexico
The present study identifies the policy criteria in the field of business and human rights that currently exist and to lay the foundation for the protection of human rights in the context of the operations of the business enterprises and industries in Mexico, as well as the basis for access to the justice system and to measures of redress in cases of committed violations. The findings from this study can be used primarily as a starting point for the development of the National Program on Business and Human Rights (PNEDH) in Mexico.
