Recommendations to the Mexican Government in relation to the National Baseline Assessment for the implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights in Mexico
This document contains recommendations addressed to various units of the Federal Public Administration, and seek to contribute to an improvement of the current situation in the field of business and human rights in Mexico. These recommendations are based on the issues identified as priorities to be addressed according to National Baseline Assessment for the National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights in the country, developed by the Civil Society Organization’s Focal Group on Business and Human Rights with the support of the International Corporate Accountability Roundtable (ICAR).
