PODER’s mentoring program is designed to avoid the typically exploitative intern model, and instead promotes mutual learning and skills development for people interested in the organization’s work.
PODER mentees are given close guidance, clear work goals and valuable training in the strategic issues we support.
PODER determines the support available for mentees on a case-by-case basis. We are able to provide basic support, such like subsidized commuting costs,, meal expenses, help in searching for accommodation, etc.
